Dr. Crystal Crate

Dr. Crystal Crate was born and raised in Kent County, Delaware. She has her bachelor's degree in movement science from Delaware State University. Dr. Crate has always wanted to help others and discovered a passion for natural healthcare, wanting to treat the cause and not just chase symptoms. She did some research and found chiropractic. She attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA where she earned her Doctorate in 2020. In her last year of graduate school, she developed a curiosity for running labs and recommending supplementation, lifestyle changes and diet modifications based on those labs. Once she had experienced the results for herself, she knew that she needed to share this knowledge with her community. Dr. Crate is dedicated to helping patients on their healing journey with chiropractic care and developing a healthy lifestyle. In her free time Dr. Crate enjoys going on walks with her dog Dollie, doing yoga, and cuddling under a blanket with a nice hot cup of tea to watch a movie.
